Who we are

This website is run by Cristian Ghebaru, trading as CG Gas Service, a gas engineer and plumber based in Walsall, West Midlands. For any privacy question, email [email protected].

What information we collect

This website has no contact form and no user accounts. We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email. That may include your name, phone number, email address, postcode or address, and details of the work you need.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
• To arrange, carry out and invoice the work you ask for.
• To keep records we are legally required to keep, such as gas safety and tax records.

We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your request. Job and invoice records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Who we share it with

Only with services we need to run the business, such as our email provider (Zoho Mail) and WhatsApp when you message us there, or when the law requires it.

Cookies and website services

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It is delivered through Cloudflare, which may set a strictly necessary security cookie, and it loads its font from Google Fonts.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
